Gaiennie Lumber Company is a 3RD generation wholesale company located in Opelousas, LA. The company has been serving retail lumber yards on the Gulf Coast since 1937. Since that time, the company has established and maintained relationships with lumber manufacturers all over the United States. While we stock many different species of lumber, our focus here is our long standing relationships with producers of Sequoia Sempervirens, better known as “California Redwood”. Gaiennie Lumber has been a major supplier of California redwood to the Gulf Coast and Southern retailer for nearly 70 years. With our ability to procure large quantities of California redwood for many different applications, its no surprise that since 1977 we have been supplying the cooling tower industry. Our industrial division has developed into one with focus on serving our cooling tower customers with excellent service and quality. Whether it’s an emergency shutdown or scheduled maintainence & repair, we know the value of time and the negative effects of downtime. We place the very highest priority on getting orders out and to the job as fast as possible. Our drivers are experienced and professional and will represent you and your company as such.
